1. Acceptance of the SelfAI Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing or using SelfAI you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the SelfAI AI Headshot Generator

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SelfAI. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. License to use the SelfAI AI Photo Studio

Subject to these Terms, Rocket Digital Limited grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SelfAI – AI Headshot Generator and the SelfAI Web App for your own personal or internal business use.

4. Your selfies and AI Headshot Generator outputs

4.1 What you upload

You retain ownership of the photos you upload (“Inputs”). You grant Rocket Digital Limited a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit and use those Inputs solely to operate, secure and improve the Service — including running the AI photo studio that generates AI headshots, business portraits, LinkedIn photos, CV pictures and profile pictures from your Inputs.

4.2 AI-generated outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the AI headshots and other images that SelfAI generates (“Outputs”) for personal and business purposes, including LinkedIn, CV, business profiles and personal branding. You are responsible for verifying that each Output accurately represents you and complies with the rules of the platform you are using it on.

4.3 Your responsibilities

You must only upload selfies of yourself or people who have given you clear permission. Do not upload photos of minors, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. Do not use SelfAI to create misleading, defamatory or impersonating content.

5. Acceptable use of the SelfAI AI Headshot Generator

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their explicit, informed consent.
• Generate AI headshots intended to impersonate, deceive or defraud anyone.
• Use SelfAI to create sexual, hateful, harassing or otherwise unlawful imagery.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying models or pipelines.
• Bypass usage limits, scrape the Service, or submit automated abusive traffic.
• Use SelfAI in a way that violates any applicable law or App Store / Google Play guideline.

6. SelfAI subscriptions, credits and payments

Some SelfAI features require a paid subscription or credit purchase. iOS subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store; Android subscriptions are managed through Google Play; web purchases may be processed through RevenueCat or our payment partners. Pricing, renewal and cancellation are handled by the relevant platform. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your App Store, Google Play or web account settings.

7. Third-party services that power SelfAI

SelfAI relies on third-party services to operate, including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

8. SelfAI intellectual property

The SelfAI brand, app, website, design, code, photo styles and prompt systems are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

9. Copyright complaints about SelfAI content

If you believe content on SelfAI infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@rocketdigital.ai with the URL or in-app location of the content, a description of your copyrighted work, and your contact information.

10. Disclaimers and AI headshot output limitations

SelfAI provides AI-generated headshots and portrait concepts. Results may vary depending on the original photo, lighting, pose, image quality and selected style. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI headshots will be accepted by every employer, recruiter, dating app, social network or third-party platform. You are responsible for reviewing every Output before using it.

11. Limitation of liability for the SelfAI Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business arising from your use of SelfAI. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 50, or (b) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Suspension and termination of SelfAI access

We may suspend or terminate your access to SelfAI if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm other users, our partners or Rocket Digital Limited. You can stop using SelfAI at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any active subscription.

13. Governing law for the SelfAI Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory local law in your country requires a different jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these SelfAI Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as SelfAI evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
